It is really commendable that Mr. Mukharjee, The Hon. FM has been able to live up to his word of presenting the new tax code which we all believe has been long overdue. The available details clearly indicate that we certainly are not entering a high tax regime. The intentions of making India an attractive location for Corporates the world over, without diluting the National interests are clearly visible. There also appears to be a paradigm shift from the current overdue system of implementing the Direct taxation laws in India.

Whether you like it or not , the fact remains that the stock market still drives the sentiments of the investors and the business community . No matter how hard they have been hit in the past ,the players are here to play the game !!
